To carry out its development policy and efficiency, UNITEC has adopted a highly structured quality technical staff in three departments, the department Commercial and Marketing Genie department software and the department Support & Networking. in addition to Executive Management and the Administrative and Financial department.
The Commercial Service and Marketing
Reporting to Senior Management, this service is made up of dynamic young talents after engineering schools. It ensures the customer relationship and the monitoring and care of the marketing of goods and services UNITEC. This service leads to a structured innovation policy based on listening and customer satisfaction surveys in seen to offer better services to all our customers.
Service Software Engineering
This is one of the key services of UNITEC in that it is in the center of the production of our company. It handles the development, implementation, and integration of software systems. This service also manages the technology monitoring and development of applications and websites. It consists of young dynamic computer engineers supported by renowned external consultants.
The Service & Support Networks
This is the department Hardware UNITEC, he takes care of offers in the field of networks and hardware. He is in charge of after sales service and performs maintenance work and networks as well-developed security standards and procedures. This service and that of Software Engineering are attached to the Operations Branch.
